Penfolds Shiraz/Cab Koonunga Hills, Australia - Spiced Hanger Steak w/ Sea Salt & Vinegar Potato Chip, House Made Steak Sauce.

Chateau St. Michelle "Indian Wells" Merlot  - Cepes Dusted Skate Wing w/ Parsnip & Onion Marmalade.
